This Privacy Policy describes how the ApplyLikeACloser Pin Publisher application ("the App") handles information. The App is a single-user publishing tool built for ApplyLikeACloser, an Etsy shop selling digital job-hunt tools (application trackers, interview preparation packs, and outreach scripts) at etsy.com/shop/ApplyLikeACloser. The App publishes the shop's own original image and video pins to the shop's own Pinterest business account.
The App collects and stores only what is technically required to maintain its Pinterest connection:
The App has no end users other than the shop owner. It does not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal information from anyone.
The OAuth tokens are used solely to authenticate API calls that the shop owner initiates — listing the shop's own Pinterest boards and publishing the shop's own pins. Tokens are never used for any other purpose.
The App does not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties. No Pinterest data is transmitted anywhere except to Pinterest's own API endpoints as part of the publishing actions described above. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
OAuth tokens are stored only for as long as the Pinterest connection is active. If the shop owner revokes the App's access through Pinterest's settings, the App can no longer obtain new tokens and any stored tokens are deleted. To request deletion of stored tokens at any time, contact us at the email address below.
Tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed in client-side code, URLs, or logs. The App never asks for, collects, or stores Pinterest login credentials.
The App is a business publishing tool with a single adult operator and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
